Job Description
:As part of the Asia RD team, you will be responsible for product design and development, including controls on customers requirement analysis/documents fill out.What will you work on?Adopt new concept and take initiate in the research process to identify the best approach to turn the concept into a product that can be manufactured and workable
Design flying toys and plane models/toy car models
Follow up on the projects from design to production
Develop or enhance existing or new products based on requirements/feedback from Marketing
Conduct Pre-debug on products before tooling start
Prepare drawing and costing information
Figure out the most economical method and effective technology to apply to the design
Research new technology applications in the market for new product development
