• Own end-to-end execution of the Design Change Coordination (DCC) process, from intake to closure.
• Lead impact analysis across BOMs, plants, suppliers, and inventory to ensure smooth implementation of design changes.
• Manage prioritization and execution trade-offs to balance timing, risk, and operational stability.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues, driving root cause resolution and cross-functional alignment.
