Senior Design Architect - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Create, refine, and present architectural concepts, including 3D rendering and sketch illustrations using Revit.
• Documentation: Produce and coordinate detailed design drawings, specifications, and site development plans (SDP) for municipal approval.
• Consultation & Collaboration: Meet with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent aligns with project briefs, budgets, and quality standards.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure designs meet South African building regulations, site constraints, and sustainability standards.
• Site Support: Conduct site inspections and coordinate with site teams to resolve design problems during construction.
