Senior Demand Planner

Job Description

As the Senior Demand Planner, you will be responsible for forecasting product demand for a key customer team. Leveraging input from Retail, Marketing, and Analytics, you will be a critical part of our Sales Operations Planning (SOP) process, ensuring forecast accuracy and alignment across the business.

How will you create impact?

• Lead Demand Debrief reviews with cross-functional teams to deliver an unbiased, unconstrained view of demand for the global SOP process.
• Identify and frame risks, opportunities, and critical business decisions, escalating as needed through the SOP process.
• Analyze weekly retail sales (POS) and inventory levels, providing recommendations to optimize sales and inventory.
• Use POS and inventory data to proactively minimize internal supply chain liabilities.
• Maintain and leverage ladder plans to ensure forecasts align with account plans and retail performance.
