We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven
Senior Engineer, Database Service (MSSQL)
to join our technology team. The candidate is responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of database administration to meet the business needs and service level for MSSQL. He/ She will be providing 1st and 2nd level operational database support and respond promptly to incidents, besides investigating & providing temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated.

• Manage database changes through change request process & provide status reports to the relevant parties.
• Monitor & measure the performance & availability of databases proactively; implement corrective actions identified to improve.
• Perform regular security patching for the DBs including Cluster db.
