Senior Database Administrator

Our client a reputable insurance company located in Kuala Lumpur seeking for Database Administrator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine database maintenance, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and optimization.
• Provide support for the implementation of regional financial systems, such as IFRS17.
• Design database architecture and conduct capacity planning for regional projects.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in database administration using MS SQL Server 2012/2016, Oracle, IBM CDC, and ETL tools; skilled in performance tuning, capacity planning, monitoring, replication, and encryption.
• Proficient in database design and troubleshooting, with a strong focus on establishing infrastructure standards for compliance and security.
