As a Senior Data Science Engineer, your role is to give us the ability to test ideas properly.

The data we work with is rarely perfect. It’s often incomplete, distributed across systems, and structured differently from one customer to another. Before meaningful experimentation can happen, someone needs to make that data usable. That’s where you come in.

You’ll gather, clean and prepare real-world banking data so that new analytical approaches can be tested and evaluated. You’ll help us understand what works, what doesn’t, and why.

This is an applied role focused on experimentation, structured thinking and practical problem-solving — not academic research and not a delivery consulting position.
