Senior Data Lead

Job Purpose

The Senior Data Lead is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and utilization of data capabilities across the organization to enable accurate, data driven decision making. This role oversees Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts to ensure reliable data availability, advanced analytics and machine learning development, and delivery of actionable insights that support business growth.

• Develop and implement the company’s data strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Establish data governance standards, including data quality, data security, and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.
