Senior Data Integration Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Data Integration Engineer to develop and maintain a critical Spring Boot microservice that powers our customer identity and data management platform.
This role offers 100% remote work, collaborating with US-based teams on high-impact technical challenges, joining a GCP Partner for an initial 12-week engagement (short-term contract).
You will design and implement workflow predicates—modular business logic units for ETL pipelines—supporting the migration from Snowflake SQL ETLs to Apache Spark SQL ETLs.
Hands-on experience with GCP infrastructure is required (Dataproc / Spark, Cloud Storage), along with PostgreSQL for the microservices database.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, JOOQ, SQL-based data transformations, and cloud data warehousing, as well as familiarity with data standardization and file processing in enterprise environments.
