Senior Data Engineer

Description:

SensorFlow is leading the charge in smart building automation, using IoT solutions to optimize energy usage and building efficiency. As we grow, we're seeking a Data Engineer to elevate our data infrastructure, building scalable pipelines for real-time and historical data analytics. This role works closely with the CTO and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations to enable data-driven insights for sustainability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for real-time and historical data processing.
• Set up and optimize databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes to manage large-scale time-series data from sensors (energy consumption, temperature, humidity, occupancy) and external sources (weather, utility data).
• Experience in handling and processing large data input volumes (1000s of rows per second)
