Senior Data Engineer - Metrics Platform

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain a scalable metrics platform on Apache Pinot, ensuring low latency and high availability.
• Design and expose RESTful APIs for data ingestion, transformation, and query access.
• Automate cloud services deployment and orchestration using IaC tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to model data for advanced analytics and reporting.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations across the data stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on large‑scale analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in Apache Pinot, SQL, and API design patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and automation tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
