- Design and maintain sustainable business data models that serve as the single source of truth for reporting and analytics
- Develop and optimize complex SQL transformations and ETL pipelines using Matillion to support business-critical use cases
- Manage master data processes to ensure accurate consolidation and consistency across all connected systems
- Translate business requirements into well-structured, documented data models - challenging assumptions where needed
- Collaborate closely with BI and analytics consumers to ensure data is accessible, understandable, and fit for purpose
- Share knowledge through documentation, internal presentations, and active cross-functional collaboration
