Hiflylabs is looking for experienced Senior Data Engineer partners for long-term project-based collaborations. We are looking for experts who value professional freedom and variety. We are open to discussing different levels of engagement, including both full-time and part-time (20-30 hours/week) roles, depending on our project pipeline and your availability.

- Design and implement modern data architectures and lakehouse solutions (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle and collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Create effort estimations and provide technical expertise during the pre-sales phase.
- Mentor 3-6 person project teams and ensure code quality (code reviews).
