About the Role
We're hiring | Data Engineer with experience in SQL, Azure, Medallion, Databricks (Remote LATAM)
Deliver data products and build core platform systems with increasing leadership responsibilities. 5-7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
Desired Profile:
Excellent communication skills.
SQL proficiency is essential (SQL-intensive environment).
Cloud-first mindset.
Experience with Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
Strong data modeling skills.
Software engineering discipline (not just sophisticated SQL).
Platforms (context): Databricks + Spark (Lakehouse) environment. Direct experience with Databricks is a plus.
Results-oriented mindset.
Fast reference screening.
Work Format: 100% Remote (LATAM)
