About the Role

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as an expert in the stabilisation of business intelligence operation and reports
Manage and support a team of specialists from various fields (business intelligence analysts and ETL/BI developers);
Proactive communicator with leaders in the organisation and able to prevent and manage crises linked to Data quality and report production delays
Design and Implement tactical process to secure the production of timely and accurate reports
Maintain and improve report delivery through difficult data challenges and provide feedback on the work of others;
Promote business intelligence and data management best practices to various users in the company;
Provide hands-on coaching and oversight on all aspects of BI report delivery: appraisal, design, management, deployment, delivery and more;
Work directly with stakeholders to develop address their BAU needs.
