_ Educational Requirements:_
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Relevant Experience and Other Requirements:
- At least five (5) years of experience as a Business and Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other data analysis and reporting tools
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills for complex datasets
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with business strategy, market analysis, and business processes
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL/ELT concepts and processes
- Experience in QA, data validation, and testing
