About the Role
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in forecasting, allocation, and setting sales targets for branches and dealers.
- Analyze sales data—especially turnover per model—to assess and refine current sales goals.
- Provide weekly turnover reports per model per dealer, and suggest data-driven strategies to improve sales.
- Validate dealer policies using the company's system to support the processing of dealer claims.
- Track and monitor purchase orders from distributors and directly-buying dealers.
- Ensure timely encoding and recording of all sell-in and sell-thru transactions in the system.
- Prepare and provide accurate reports and data analysis for the President.
- Support other departments with ad hoc reports and data as needed.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all incoming and outgoing documents.
