Tasks
The Senior Customer Engineer is responsible for:
Interface to Key Account Manager, Customer Service as well as Modification & Workshop Engineering teams in Hamburg, Shenzhen &Tulsa with frequent interaction within this matrix organization

Representing Customer Engineering team for the inquiries from customers within APAC

Maintaining & expanding good working relationship with technical departments at airline customers

Act like an extended arm of existing APAC customer engineering team

Preparing & presenting technical presentations

Obtaining customer feedback regularly & identify systematic process weaknesses
