Senior CRM and Content Executive, 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

The Senior CRM & Content Executive will play a key role in driving growth for our flagship platform Freely, the UK’s brand-new way to stream free TV. The role also contributes to the editorial content service on Freeview and Freesat.

Reporting to the Head of Digital & Portfolio Customer Engagement , this is a cross‑functional position working with internal Marketing teams and collaborating daily with major broadcast partners including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise CRM email campaigns and other customer‑facing content.
• Create and curate editorial content for the Freely editorial feed and partner platforms.
• Analyse performance data (Google Analytics 4, CRM analytics) to provide actionable insights.
