Job Summary

The Senior Crew Chief is responsible for assisting assistant technical manager or supervisor with the technical aspects of assigned entertainment venue or events ensuring show quality and a positive guest experience.

Major Responsibilities

• Responsible for the execution and quality assurance of show crew's technical operations of the assigned entertainment venues. Monitor, conduct and proactively optimize safety operation process and procedure.

• Lead all technicians for execution good show operating for the show call within the assigned venue(s). Serves in a lead production roll over all technicians in the venue and communicate within show technical crews to make lead decisions based on the assigned venue or production related SOP.
