Essential Responsibilities:
Collaborate internally to influence the quality and efficiency of entity management processes and programs.Determine appropriate actions outside of defined processes while considering alternative solutions.Oversee team performance and prioritize work to ensure effective project execution.Provide insights on best practices in corporate governance and legal compliance.Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for all legal entities and subsidiaries.Expected Qualifications:
