Key Responsibilities
Develop and finalize creative briefs and concepts.
Lead advanced storyboarding and content structuring for campaigns.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite at a functional level for creative execution.
Mentor and train creative associates to build team capabilities.
Collaborate across departments to align creative strategies.
Ensure design quality control and refinement across projects.
Research digital trends and introduce innovative creative approaches.
