Senior Cost

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same field
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in project auditing, quantity surveying, cost analysis, and contract evaluation
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cost control principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Effective leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
