About the Role
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same field
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in project auditing, quantity surveying, cost analysis, and contract evaluation
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- In-depth knowledge of cost control principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
- Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
