Role Overview

The Senior Coordinator is a multi-site leadership role responsible for front-desk operations, client experience, and team performance across our Scarborough and Markham clinics. This role exists to createconsistency, accountability, and momentum —ensuring both locations operate at the same high Axis standard every day.

You’ll be hands-on, highly visible, and regularly on-site at both clinics. Acting as the connective tissue between Client Coordinators, Clinic Directors, and the Regional Coordinator, you’ll coach people, optimize systems, and drive performance where it matters most:clients, conversions, and team execution .
