Senior consultant

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Side and Server Side Scripting (Ex. Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes etc )
• Client & Server API's (Ex: Glide Dialog Window, Glide Form, Glide Aggregate, Glide Record )
• Administration (includes Reporting Email Notifications, Creating/Editing Home pages, Personalizing Forms )
• HTML/CSS/AJAX knowledge
• ACL and its debugging
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and good understanding of (Asset/Configuration/Incident/Problem Management, Product Catalog etc)
• Transformation MAP, Scheduler, Connection with another database/instance, Webservice
• MID Server setup and Update set migration.
• Customize and develop for the Service Now Platform using Java Script, CSS, HTML and Other Web Based scripting
• Create and maintain business rules using proven, advanced scripting techniques
• Create and maintain security access using ACLs via advanced scripts, roles, and conditions
