About the Role

Design, develop, and optimize AI agents and workflows using LangGraph and LangChain, Python, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Build custom tools and integrate them into agent workflows (., APIs, databases, search engines)
Craft and fine-tune effective prompts and memory structures to improve agent reasoning.
Collaborate with product and backend teams to integrate agents into end-user applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot and debug agent behaviors and edge cases.
