Job Summary:

Hill International is seeking a to join our team for a high-profile building project in Southern Athens. Reporting to the Project Director, the Senior Construction Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring progress, safety, and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include monitoring contractor performance, managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and leading the project management team in addressing technical and contractual matters. The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of relevant experience on large-scale building projects, and fluency in both Greek and English.
