About the Role
Job Requirements.
- Must have at least eight (8) to ten (10) years of relevant work experience, including at least three (3) years in a senior-level role.
- Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Must be a Licensed Architect
- Must have experience in a construction set-up.
- Knowledgeable in Construction Software, such as ProCore
- With experience handling high-rise residential buildings, hotels, Commercial, and BPO projects
- Experience in preparing reports, monitoring, and presentations.
- Experience in Schedule Management.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in Pasay City
