Senior Construction Manager

Position Summary

The Senior Construction Manager / Construction Management Representative (CMR) will provide full-time, on-site construction management services for the Morefield Waterline Replacement Project at Mesa Verde National Park. This role supports the Government by observing, documenting, and reporting construction activities to ensure compliance with contract documents, approved plans and specifications, applicable building codes, safety regulations, project schedules, and cost requirements.

The CMR will serve as the Government's technical observer and administrative manager for the project, overseeing construction progress for a five-mile high-pressure waterline installation utilizing both open trench and horizontal directional drilling methods.
