About the Role
Senior Compliance Specialist
Reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Risk and Business Improvement, the Senior Compliance Specialist is a senior subject matter expert responsible for providing strategic guidance and operational leadership for corporate‑level compliance functions, including Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning.
Responsibilities
- Guides enterprise compliance objectives in collaboration with the Enterprise Risk Committee (ERC)
- Develops and aligns enterprise‑wide compliance frameworks with Legal, HR, Finance, and Shared Services
- Reports regularly to ERC on compliance status under direction of Risk and Legal leadership
- Establishes and manages compliance escalation pathways and support model
- Drives alignment of risk and compliance practices across Operating Groups while respecting business needs
