Job description
Your responsibilities will include:
Promote a positive and engaging compliance culture within the bank Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements by proactively identifying, evaluating and resolving compliance and risk issues Interpret Swiss and international financial regulations, including FINMA Circulars and industry guidance Ensure compliance policies and strategies align with applicable laws and regulatory obligations Identify and assess compliance risks through monitoring and testing programs Provide timely and high-quality compliance and risk advice to business units Operational responsibilities
