Senior Compliance Officer APAC

Job Description

The Senior Compliance Officer APAC supports all ongoing activities in the Region related to the implementation of Continentals Compliance Management System, mainly in Data Compliance matters. The Compliance function consists of the Compliance core areas Business Ethics, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Antitrust as well as Data Compliance in the Region including but not limited to the operationalization of the Compliance strategy.

The Senior Compliance Officer APAC will form part of the Regional Compliance team. The job is to advise and support Continental businesses regarding its Compliance efforts and avoid potentially large fines. The Senior Compliance Officer advises on compliance and data practices internally to ensure the business and its functions comply with applicable requirements.
