About the Role

Job Summary

This role leads the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) initiatives in Hong Kong, and supports the Commercial Excellence Manager in driving key initiatives such as target setting, incentive design, and segmentation & targeting (S&T) through cross-functional collaboration. The role also contributes to building marketing operations processes and market intelligence reporting to enhance field force productivity, with additional support provided to Singapore and Taiwan as needed.
 

Job Responsibilities

1. CRM & Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE)

  • Lead the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (ARISE) in Hong Kong, acting as the key liaison with system providers to resolve stakeholder issues and enhance system usability.
  • Manage CRM content by uploading promotional materials, product updates (new launches and withdrawals), and ensuring data accuracy.
