Experience required:
At least 1.5 years of experience managing tele-calling or collections teams.
Main responsibilities:
Manage tele-calling and external collection teams
Ensure smooth daily workflow
Recover overdue payments and reduce delinquency
Handle high-risk delinquent accounts and customer queries
Achieve collection and recovery targets
Hire and manage collection agents
Review agent performance regularly
Manage pre-EMI reminder calling teams
