ibex. is seeking a Senior CloudOps Specialist to manage and support cloud operations across AWS and Azure
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day cloud operations, including VM and EC2 provisioning; VPC/VNet design and creation; routing, subnets, NAT Gateways; security groups/NSGs; Direct Connect/ExpressRoute; firewalls; VPNs; and VPC/VNet peering.
Ensure the stability, availability, and reliability of cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
Lead incident response, advanced troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Design, implement, and continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and operational runbooks.
Oversee cloud security operations, including IAM, network security, hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
Act as a technical escalation point for CloudOps and application teams.
Drive cloud cost optimization and governance initiatives (FinOps).
Ensure backup and disaster recovery readiness and lead DR testing activities.
