The Senior Site Reliability Engineer owns platform reliability across AWS, ensuring availability, resiliency, and operational readiness. The role designs and implements platform foundations such as IAM, networking, compute, deployment standards, and guardrails, while building automation through Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD workflows. It leads platform-level incident response, improves observability by refining metrics and alerts, partners with engineering teams to enhance service design and operational maturity, and documents platform standards and runbooks to strengthen long-term systems operability.
