Your New Role -
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Cloud Infrastructure Management: Administer and maintain cloud infrastructure systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Incident & Problem Management: Accurately log and manage infrastructure-related incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
Change Control: Ensure all production service changes follow established change control workflows.
Monitoring & Optimization: Proactively monitor system performance and provide recommendations to enhance infrastructure and software efficiency.
