Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Database Administrator to join the team for a large‑scale project. This role will be part of building and operating a mission‑critical IVR & Analytics platform that supports real‑time customer interaction flows and data‑driven decisioning at scale.

The Senior Cloud Database Administrator is responsible for the operation and reliability of cloud‑based databases supporting both Real‑time IVR / application workloads and analytics platforms (ETL pipelines, data warehouse, reporting). This role ensures high availability, performance, security, and recoverability of mission‑critical databases in a large‑scale, production environment, working closely with engineering, DevOps, and data teams.
