Senior cloud architect (azure)

We are looking for a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer on a 12‑month contract to design, build and support cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. This is a Hybrid role and the successful candidate will be based in Durban.
Key Responsibilities Design, deploy and support Azure infrastructure and services.
Implement Infrastructure as Code and automate cloud operations.
Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise cloud environments.
Implement security, governance and backup strategies.
Work closely with development and business teams to deliver cloud solutions. Key Requirements 4+ years’ experience in IT/Cloud Engineering.
Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Ia C (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
