You have previous experience in Client Operations within the financial services sector. You are comfortable working within an Operations team, troubleshooting and resolving operational issues identified or raised by customers, clients and other departments. You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and functions. You have excellent time management skills with a track record of successfully and accurately producing reports from large data sets You have foundational knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. Good knowledge of FCA is a plus. You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to identify trends using data. You are a great communicator, both verbal and written.
