About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full project lifecycle from bid preparation, preliminary design and feasibility studies to detailed design and construction supervision.
Oversee and deliver civil and structural engineering designs, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, including Eurocodes and Uisce Éireann and/or UK AMP8 Utilities’ specifications.
Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative environment and overseeing professional development.
Prepare and review all project documentation, including design drawings, engineering calculations, and Bills of Quantities.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout all project phases.
Administer construction contracts, oversee procurement, and ensure compliance with design specifications and budgets.
