Senior Cisco Voice Engineer

About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Cisco Voice Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise voice and video collaboration solutions. The role focuses on Cisco Unified Communications, Microsoft Teams Voice, and Video Conferencing technologies, supporting both daily operations and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Voice & Collaboration
Design, configure, and support Cisco Unified Communications solutions including CUCM, Unity, UCCX, CER, and Cisco IOS Voice Gateways (SIP, MGCP, H.323).
Manage and troubleshoot PSTN connectivity including POTS, ISDN, PRI, E1/T1, and SIP trunks.
Configure and maintain Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
Integrate and support Microsoft Teams Voice, including Direct Routing and SBC connectivity.
Coordinate with ISPs and telecom providers for deployments, upgrades, and issue resolution.
Video Conferencing & Telepresence
Deploy, configure, and support VTC and telepresence systems.
