Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage assigned R&D projects independently or as part of a larger program.
• Design and perform laboratory experiments for the synthesis.
• Develop, optimize, and document formulations for targeted applications.
• Characterize materials using techniques such as NMR, GPC, GC, FTIR, TGA, and related methods.
• Collaborate with process engineers to develop the product.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate results internally.
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement during scale-up and production.
