Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage assigned R&D projects independently or as part of a larger program.
- Design and perform laboratory experiments for the synthesis.
- Develop, optimize, and document formulations for targeted applications.
- Characterize materials using techniques such as NMR, GPC, GC, FTIR, TGA, and related methods.
- Collaborate with process engineers to develop the product.
- Prepare technical reports and communicate results internally.
- Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement during scale-up and production.
