This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical experience in skincare, haircare, and personal care product development.

about the job

• Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) from concept to commercialization
• Develop and optimize formulations for skincare, haircare, and personal care products
• Conduct stability testing, compatibility studies, and performance evaluations
• Prepare technical documents (TDS, MSDS, product specifications)
• Support pilot trials, scale-up, and mass production transfer
• Work closely with QA, Regulatory, Production, and Marketing teams
