About the Role

Our large, enterprise client is seeking a Senior Change Manager to support a multi-year Clinical Standardization Quality Improvement Program. This role supports large-scale clinical workflow transformation, digital system adoption, and organizational readiness across Saskatchewan. 
This is an initial contract to March 31, , with a possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be based in Saskatchewan to be onsite as required.
Must-Haves:
Demonstrated experience leading or supporting major organizational change initiatives—preferably within healthcare.
Background working in large, complex organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing briefing notes, updates, documentation, and leadership materials.
Experience supporting system implementation, readiness assessment, and adoption planning.
