Overview

The role is responsible for acting as the custodian of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the Lean framework, ensuring all SOPs are accurate, current, compliant, and consistently applied across the organization. The role oversees the end‑to‑end SOP lifecycle , including development coordination, structured review, formal approval, controlled publishing, and periodic updates, in alignment with Lean principles, governance standards, and organizational policies.

The position ensures SOPs enable process stability, standardization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement , while maintaining document control, version integrity, and accessibility for all stakeholders.

Role is also responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational efficiencies across the organization's products, systems, operations, and processes by adopting Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and CX strategies/methodologies
