Senior Chef de Partie
Reporting to: Manager Type: Permanent
Duties and Responsibilities
- Running a section independently during service
- Assisting the Sous and Head Chef with daily operations
- Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Stock control, ordering, and prep planning
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Ensuring hygiene, health, and safety standards are upheld at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous
- Strong service skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Leadership ability with a calm, professional approach
