Pay rate: £13.75ph to £14.35ph + Monthly Bonus & Paid Breaks

Hours: Full-time – 20.00 to 08.00 (3 & 4 shift pattern)

A Senior Care Assistant is required at our Client’s fantastic Care facility situated in a coastal town Nr Flint. The home offers the highest standards of care where dignity is respected, interests are nurtured and residents are cared for like family.

As a Senior Care Assistant , you’ll lead by example and support the team in delivering exceptional care. Your duties will include:

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Administering medication (after training).
• Supporting care staff and overseeing shifts.
• Liaising with families, GPs, and other professionals.
• Dealing with emergencies.
• Keeping clear and accurate records.
