About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness is at the core of everything you do. It touches every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. This role is for 33 hours per week and is night shift only. You will plan and implement care that provides residents with a real sense of security, dignity and independence. You will get to know residents and their families, helping to ensure we deliver truly personalised care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team.
