About the Role
• Creation of complete Seat CAE Models [System level]
• Expereince in model build for plastic parts, structural parts, seat foams etc
• Build NVH seat models using Crash and safety seat models
• Ability to do integration of Front and Rear seats and debug NVH mode l [Welds / Bolt / Adhesives etc.]
• Experience with modal and vibration analyses for Seats systems
• Ability to post process seat mo dal or frequency response analysis results using Hyperworks tools.
• Experience in CAE-TEST correlation projects
• Ability to devel op CAE modelling procedures using physical test-CAE correlations
• Ability to provide feasible design solutions to meet requirement targets
• Creating detailed reports on CAE results, analysis, and recommendations
